Workshops.

Workshops.

We can also deliver workshops in more interactive settings which allow participants to safely explore the issue of how to stop sexual misconduct, and the workshops include many opportunities for questions and discussion. We aim to help participants to:

  • Have an overview of the prevalence of sexual misconduct and sexual harassment for organisations, academic and medical institutions and the wider workforce.
  • Understand the legal definition of consent, with a focus on choice, freedom and capacity.
  • Challenge common myths which allow sexual misconduct to happen, using group discussions of case studies.
  • Discuss how consent underpins healthy and mutually respectful relationships, and what they can do to develop their boundaries and respect the boundaries of others.
  • Become aware of the support that is available to them, and what they can do to support others.

We currently offer these workshops face-to-face for up to 16 delegates in either half-day or full-day sessions.
