Our internet business, customer support team and offices are all based within the United Kingdom.

Our Staff

We are committed to creating an open, inclusive and supportive working environment that is based on mutual respect and trust, and where everyone feels valued. Our policies demonstrate our ambition for our staff to enjoy a working environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation. Our policies cover all employees, contractors, temporary workers, and prospective employees. It applies to all aspects of employment from recruitment and selection to leaving the business.

We have robust internal policies and processes in place to uphold and protect the rights and working conditions of our staff. These policies and processes ensure that all employees are safe, of working age, and that we are complying with the provisions of the MSA. These policies and processes are communicated effectively to staff through the recruitment stages and are easily accessible through our company’s website. 

In addition to our employment policies, our company has further policies that cover matters such as recruitment and hours of work. We also maintain and uphold a whistleblowing policy that allows staff to identify and report any potential concerns to the appropriate senior officer of the business without fear, threat of reprisal, or detrimental treatment.

External Services

Our external services range from instructing small organisations and schools to advising experts and King’s Counsel. We operate zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking within our business. We expect our external service operators to comply with our values. All external operators are required to comply with our external services’ policies that require information to be submitted for initial supplier set-up and due diligence purposes, and which incorporate our terms and conditions. We evaluate the size and risk profile when supplying contracts. Furthermore, wherever possible and commercially viable, we source services from established suppliers within the United Kingdom. We expect these suppliers to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes in place. We also expect the adoption of ‘one-up-one-down’ due diligence.

We may also purchase a wide range of professional and operational external services such as legal, accountancy, information technology, insurance, property, cleaning, catering, and maintenance. These relationships are governed by written contracts which we aim to ensure are fair and balanced, and include responsibilities for compliance. We acknowledge our responsibility to be alert to the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking with our external suppliers, and we continue to monitor and develop our responsibilities in this regard.


Training is available for relevant members of staff to ensure that the company’s knowledge on this subject remains current, with particular focus on our human resources. The Company has received training in order to understand our responsibilities with regard to modern slavery and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the MSA.


This statement reflects the steps that has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not take place in its own business or the external services which are purchased. We are committed to the continuous improvement of our knowledge and to understanding the steps that are necessary to eradicate modern slavery.
