Much Needed Training Update

We used Stephen and his team recently to conduct some training we needed updating on. Although sometimes an uncomfortable subject to discuss, in the current climate this training is essential. Our team is made up of a younger crowd and we regularly attend social outings together being a sales based role. As leaders we know what to look out for and our staff are in know on what boundaries are in place. Thanks to Stephen & Team for helping us safeguard our business.

I recently attended the Active Bystander course. I was a bit apprehensive before the training because it is an area that we don’t tend to talk about at work. However, I came away from the training having a very clear understanding of what being an “Active Bystander” means and what my responsibilities should be when faced with a difficult situation at work. The training included useful activities and resources.
