Sexual Misconduct awareness training courses are designed to assist a range of professionals whether they are looking to learn new skills and practices or refresh their existing knowledge and skills of issues concerning sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual assault within their environment.
Our training courses are suitable for anyone who wishes to increase their knowledge of issues around sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. All training is age-appropriate and can be adapted for young people with additional needs.
Half Day Basic Sexual Misconduct Awareness Training
This course is suitable for anyone who works with, or may come across, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual assault in any context. This includes people who work in the following environments: medical and social care; HR, legal and housing; the charity sector; schools, colleges and universities; sports clubs and other statutory, private and voluntary sector organisations.
The participation of a range of staff groups in the training is encouraged. A minimum of six participants is recommended.
This is a 4-hour course and is delivered at your business premises or at one of our various training locations in England and Wales. Breaks are included within this morning or afternoon course.
Our half day basic sexual misconduct awareness training course starts from £700, plus VAT for small organisations (up to 16 participants), plus any travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses (if applicable).

The full day enhanced sexual misconduct awareness course is more suitablefor management teams, supervisors, HR, and team leaders.
This includes people who work in the following environments: medical and social care; HR, legal and housing; the charity sector; schools, colleges and universities; sports clubs and other statutory, private and voluntary sector organisations.
This is a 7-hour course which is delivered at your business premises or one of our various training locations in England and Wales. Breaks are built into the day.

The full day enhanced sexual misconduct awareness training course covers all of the topics from the half day course, as well as the following topics:
- Changing workplace policies and practices

- Zero tolerance in action
