Train the Trainer Program (TtTP) – Face-to-Face – Stop Sexual Misconduct Within the Workplace.

We can proudly state as the UK’s only specialist consultancy dedicated exclusively to addressing sexual misconduct, harassment, and sexual assault in the workplace. Our unparalleled expertise has earned us recognition as a leading authority on these complex issues, trusted by policymakers, businesses, and public bodies alike.

Our Train the Trainer Program is exclusively designed for those responsible for facilitating training in large workforces of 250 employees and above, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Statutory minimum requirements: As per the new technical guidance issued by the EHRC – section 3.28. To comply with the preventative duty, employers must take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their workers in the course of employment. 3.29. What is reasonable will vary from employer to employer and will depend on factors such as (but not limited to) the employer’s size, the sector it operates in, the working environment and its resources. There are no particular criteria or minimum standards an employer must meet. Different employers may prevent sexual harassment in different ways, but no employer is exempt from the sexual harassment preventative duty.

The duty is clear: All employees should be trained in Basic preventive duties, managers (leaders) should be trained in how to receive a report (Enhanced).
