Hybrid Work Environment
Our registered office is based in central London; however, we operate a hybrid work environment. Our hybrid model allows you to retain the flexibility to work from home and in-office days currently situated in East Bergholt, Colchester, Essex.
Some people will work a fixed number of days in the office, some will have specific pre-selected days during which whole team members are in together and frequent work-related travel of which some will be overnight.
Development & External Affairs Field Sales Representative
We’ve grown extensively and can only see a further growth. A range of people have looked after our activity across the business and now we need you to professionalise what we are doing and build out a team.
This is a brand-new role and our first Development & External Affairs Field Sales Representative into the business so you will be building a function from the ground up with the direction of our existing team.
What we are looking for:
- You must be head strong and confident, possessing a vibrant and bubbly personality with a fearless attitude and a knack for striking up conversations.
- Well groomed (you will be required to wear a uniform, when required to do so).
- Passion for a service you believe in.
- Prior direct sales experience at executive level a must.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within our service industry.
- Love the idea of a dynamic, on-the-go job.
- Be self-motivated and target driven.
Obligations
- Ability to commute/relocate: C07 Colchester, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
- Must have your own reliable transportation for duration of the 3-month probation period (of which fuel allowance provided for work related tasks).
Role Description
- You will be required to engage with leaders of Businesses, Organisations, Academic and Medical Institutions daily.
- Must be computer illiterate in Word, Excel, and Microsoft.
- Generate and follow-up on leads.
- You will be required to travel excessively throughout England and Wales.
- Your role is to report directly to the MD and his PA.
- This role will be active in representing stopsexualmisconduct.co.uk on our portfolio seeking further business revenue.
- Track client contacts and their results.
- Service existing accounts.
- Understand our services inside and out!
- Manage internal communication and internal relationships as well as external relationships with government, associations and third parties to promote stopsexualmisconduct.co.uk policy priorities.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects focused on understanding, aligning, analysing, and identifying and actively engaging on a broad range of policy issues related to our business products (such as awareness training), capabilities and services across the entire portfolio.
- You will help support, contribute to, and coordinate the company’s policy response and opportunities, playing a constructive role on active policy issues within our client sectors.
- Development goals and will work with our internal team members to position our company accordingly.
- Prepare and manage all communications material.
- Maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
- Established media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage with other team members presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Ability to lead and evaluate issues independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Always available, mobile, and frequent work-related overnight travel.
- And other tasks as directed by the MD.
Experience
- Proven Sales: 5 years (minimum requirement).
Induction
All new staff receive an induction into stopsexualmisconduct.co.uk Limited.
There are documents called Policies & Procedures manuals, which covers general terms, health and safety, financial management and control, administration and asset management, staff expectations to which all are part of your working terms and conditions.
Training
We will give you will full product training and provide you with an amazing platform to earn to your full potential.
You will be trained using relevant modules when dealing with clients, training awareness, consulting, and investigation requirements.
Non-negotiable
- You will be required to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Office days currently situated in East Bergholt, Colchester.
- Undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Remain within the law in relation to safeguarding issues.
- You will be required to abide by the company’s Employee Manual and all Policies and Procedures in place.
- Have the legal right to work.
- Hold a clean full UK driving licence.
- We do not pay over-time.
- Work Location: England and Wales (as directed by the MD).
- The probation period is three (3) months.
Salary
stopsexualmiscounduct.co.uk Limited follows above the principles of the Real Living Wages. Salaries are nominated on your level of experience. Ciru: |£29’000.00 – £39’500 plus benefits.

Pensions
